OUR STORY

A manufacturing journey that began in Silivri.

Demirkıran Prefabrik was founded in 2011 to manufacture and install prefabricated houses and container structures. We have grown through a working culture that listens to real site requirements and protects precision throughout production.

Today we create residential, office, construction-site and special-purpose modular spaces. Architectural decisions, structural design, insulation, building services and installation are managed through one accountable chain.

Our branches in Silivri, Kırklareli and Malkara make surveys, sales support and after-delivery communication more accessible. We serve projects across Türkiye and evaluate opportunities in Bulgaria, Romania and Greece according to each site's conditions.
