Capacity, layout, electrical services, insulation, security, transport and future relocation requirements define the right site module.

A construction-site container is a daily working environment. It influences organisation, safety and comfort, so selection should go beyond external dimensions and appearance.

Define function and real capacity

An office, dining room, changing area, dormitory and sanitary module each require a different plan. Furniture, equipment, circulation routes and emergency exits should be positioned before manufacturing begins.

Share climate and service loads

Temperature range, wind and rainfall affect the required envelope. Electrical loads, heating or cooling, water and drainage points must be confirmed so production and site infrastructure remain coordinated.

Transport and repeated use

If the module will be relocated, lifting points, external connections and internal equipment restraints should be designed for repeated transport. Easy access for maintenance also improves long-term usability.
